| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování trendu genderových statistik, které sledují vývoj z pohledu mužů a žen. Statistiky jsou rozděleny do následujících oblastí: veřejné rozhodování, zdraví, vzdělání, rodinný život. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována trhu práce a mzdám v českém školství, na něm dokazuje existenci genderové diskriminace v platech. Některé ukazatele jsou srovnány se sousedními státy České republiky. Závěr práce hodnotí opatření proti genderové diskriminaci s ekonomickou teorií. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present bachelor thesis is aimed at monitoring the trend of gender statistics that track the differences in terms of men and women. The statistics are divided into the following areas: public decision making, health, education, family life. Particular attention is paid to the labor market and wages in the Czech education system, it proves the existence of gender discrimination in wages. Some indicators are compared with neighboring countries of the Czech Republic. The conclusion evaluates actions against gender discrimination with economic theory. |
