| Abstract: | Cíl diplomové práce "Využití opatření obecné povahy při územním plánování" je zaměřen na využití opatření obecné povahy ve vztahu k stavebnímu zákonu, konkrétně územnímu plánování v České republice. V jednotlivých kapitolách je rozebráno opatření obecné povahy a instituty územního plánování. V poslední kapitole je popsán přezkum opatření obecné povahy. Práce je obohacena o judikaturu Nejvyššího správního soudu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The target of thesis "Utilization of the measure of general nature in the spatial planning" is focused on utilization of the measure of general nature in relation to building act, especially to the spatial planning. In every chapter is analyzed the measure of general nature and institutes of the spatial planning. In the last chapter is described examination of the measure of general nature. The thesis is supplemented by Supreme administrative court´s decisions. |
