| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá pravomocí soudů v občanském soudním řízení a popisuje její význam v ucelené formě. Pozornost je věnována teoretickým východiskům a pojetí pravomoci ve světle § 7 občanského soudního řádu. Následně je podrobně popsán fenomén zúžené civilní pravomoci. Práce se též zabývá soudní pravomocí jako primární procesní podmínkou a problematikou kompetenčních sporů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with court jurisdiction in civil proceedings, introducing this term in a coherent context. The attention is paid to the basic terms and the conception of the jurisdiction in the light of s. 7 of the Civil Procedure Code. Subsequently, the phenomenon of the limited jurisdiction of civil courts is described in detail. The thesis also deals with the jurisdiction as a primary procedural condition and the issue of the conflicts over the competence. |
