| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá koncentrací řízení v civilním řízení u nás a v Evropě. Porovnává českou úpravu se slovenskou a německou. Důležitá je téže úvaha, zda současná úprava koncentrace řízení neodporuje právu na spravedlivý proces. Toto téma je již řadu let velmi aktuálním, jelikož se zákonodárce snaží řízení zrychlit a zefektivnit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the Concentration of proceedings in civil procedure in our country and in Europe. It compares the Czech regulation with the Slovak and the German one. The important part is also the consideration, if the current regulation of the concentration of proceedings contradicts the right to the fair process. This theme is very current, because the lawmaker tries to accelerate the process and increase its efficiency. |
