| Abstract: | Exekuce je v dnešní době velmi aktuální téma. Za posledních 26 let se právní úprava exekucí velmi změnila, ale i přes tuto skutečnost se zatím nepodařilo vytvořit jednotnou právní úpravu. Ve své práci popisuji dva druhy exekucí a to exekuci správní a exekuci soudní. V první části uvádím současnou právní úpravu s odkazy na nové pozměňovací návrhy. V druhé části popisuji jednotlivé druhy a fáze exekucí. A v závěrečné části jsem porovnala oba druhy exekucí. |
| Abstract in different language: | Execution is a very hot topic. The number of executions continues to grow. The situation is alarming. There are several types of executions. My work is focused on comparing the execution of administrative and judicial execution. In the first part of my work deals with amendments to the Enforcement Procedure Act No. 181 and 337, which give rise to new questions. In my work I described the current issue as well as existing legislation. I considered their practical experience. I believe that I managed to fulfill the content of assignment work. |
