| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce ve své úvodní části definuje základní pojmy a dělení veřejné správy, popisuje její historii od jejího vzniku. Zachycuje politické události kolem roku 1989 a vliv událostí na změny ve veřejné správě. Popisuje jednotlivé fáze reformy veřejné správy a hodnotí její vliv na veřejnou správu. V závěru této práce je popsán pojem dozor, kontrola a její význam ve veřejné správě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The dissertation in its first part gives a definition of basic terms and separation of public administration , it describes its history from its beginning. It deals with political events surrounding the year 1989 and the influence of those events to the changes of public administration. It describes particular stages of the reform of public administration and evaluates its impact to public administration. In the end of the dissertation there is described the term " supervision" , "inspection" and their importace to public administration. |
