| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části a to na teoretickou a praktickou část, ve které jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumné sondy do praxe. Teoretická část je dále rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, které se stresem úzce souvisejí. První kapitola je věnována samotnému vymezení pojmu, tedy jeho charakteristice a teoriím od různých autorů, dále jsou zmíněny druhy stresu a také samotné příznaky. Kapitola druhá se zabývá stresory a to zejména v učitelské profesi, kterým je věnována poměrně velká část. Z další kapitoly můžeme vyčíst následky stresu, kde je čtenář seznámen i s možnými riziky a závěr teoretické části je věnován zvládání stresu. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření stresových zátěží u učitelů. Konkrétně u učitelů druhého stupně základních škol a u učitelů škol středních. Šetření můžeme rozdělit do třech rovin: sociální, fyziologická a rovina věnovaná sociálně patologickým jevům. |
| Abstract in different language: | The study is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical that brings results of the theoretical survey into praxis. The theoretical part is divided in four chapters which are closely connected with the stress. First chapter studies definitions of the term stress, its characteristics and theories by various authors, types of stress and its symptoms. The second chapter studies stress factors, especially stress factors in teaching profession. The following chapter focuses on consequences of stressful situations and possible risks. The ending of the theoretical part studies methods of dealing with stress. The practical part is focused on questionairre survey of stress among primary and high school teachers. The survey covers: social factors, physiological factors and socio-pathological phenomena. |
