| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na osoby s diabetem mellitus po amputaci na dolní končetině. Kapitoly v teoretické části popisují obraz diabetu, rozdělení základních typů, akutní a chronické komplikace, amputace, péči o amputační pahýl a soběstačnost v osobním životě diabetika. Praktická část je složená ze čtyř kazuistik, sleduje průběh terapie a soběstačnost klientů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on people with diabetes mellitus after the amputation the lower extremity. Chapters describe the theoretical picture of diabetes, the distribution of basic types, acute and chronic complications, amputation, amputation stump care and self-sufficiency, personal life with diabetes. The practical part consists of four case studies, follows the course of therapy and self-sufficiency of clients. |
