Abstract:	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace mezi veřejnou správou a občanem. Práce se zaměřuje na vertikální a horizontální komunikaci ve veřejné správě a s běžnými občany. Tato práce se však zejména orientuje na komunikaci prostřednictvím datových schránek a objasňuje problematiku e-governmentu. Také je zde zmínka o CZECH POINTu v České republice.
Abstract in different language:	The Bachelor thesis deals with communication between the public administration and citizen. The work focuses on the vertical and horizontal communication in public administration and ordinary citizens. This work, however, in particular is specialized in communication realized by data mailboxes and clarifies the issue of e-services and e-government. There is also a mention of the CZECH POINT in Czech Republic.
