| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu "Žena na trhu práce". Téma rovných příležitostí žen a mužů na trhu práce se v posledních letech věnuje nemalá pozornost. Zažité stereotypy předurčují ženám místo především v rodině a domácích povinnostech. Muži jsou stále vnímáni jako živitelé rodin. Tyto genderové normy výrazně negativně ovlivňují pozici žen participujících na trhu práce. Práva na rovné zacházení a zákaz diskriminace jsou v České republice zaručeny Ústavou a dalšímí právními dokumenty jako například Antidiskriminačním zákonem. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my thesis I am addressing status for woman in the labour market. The topic of woman in the labour market and equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market has devoted considerable attention in recent years. Settled stereotypes predispose women to the place primarly in the family and household responsibilities. Men are still perceived as breadwinners. These gender norms negatively and significantly affect the position of woman participating in the labour market. Rights for equal treatment and ban on discrimination are guaranteed by Czech constitution and other legal documents as Anti-Discrimination Act. |
