| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci se budu zabývat postiženými s diabetem mellitus. Zaměřím se na diagnostiku, léčbu diabetu a s ním spojené komplikace. Velkou a nezastupitelnou roli v lepší kompenzaci diabetu hrají edukace a selfmonitoring. Z větší části se ve své bakalářské práci věnuji diabetu mellitu 1. typu, a jakým způsobem fyzická aktivita prospívá diabetikům, kteří si aplikují inzulín pomocí inzulínové pumpy. Zároveň jsem se zúčastnila rekondičního pobytu, jehož součástí byla taktéž fyzická aktivita. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the people affected by diabetes mellitus. It focus on diagnostics, on the medical treatment of diabetes and on the related complications. Education and self-monitoring play an important and irreplaceable role in better compensation of diabetes. For the most part of my bachelor´s thesis I deal with diabetes mellitus type 1 and how is physical activity beneficial to diabetics who are using an insulin pump. At the same time, I attended a recondition stay that also included the physical activity. |
