| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se zabýváme ošetřovatelstvím, legislativními normami a vzděláváním sester. Důležitost směřujeme ke kardiopulmonální resuscitaci na standardním lůžkovém oddělení a v ambulantním traktu pozorovanou resuscitačním týmem. Zjišťujeme zejména připravenost nelékařského personálu při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci a zajištění pacienta ještě před příchodem resuscitačního týmu. Zdůrazňujeme včasnost a správnost zahájení kardiopulmonální resuscitace, která může vést k obnově vitálních funkcí a tím k záchraně lidského života. V roce 2015 vstoupila v platnost nová doporučení, kterými se zvyšuje aktuálnost naší práce. Ve své bakalářské práci upozorňujeme na vzájemnou kooperaci a koordinaci mezi týmy působícími ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Výzkumným šetřením získáváme údaje, zda a jak je nelékařský zdravotnický personál při těchto událostech připraven a zároveň se snažíme přispět k tvorbě letáku pro nelékařský zdravotnický personál. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachleor is thesis deals with the nursing care, legislative norms and nurse education. A special emphasis is put on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)conducted in a standard ward or in an emergency room as seen by a resuscitation team. The goal is to inquire the readiness of the non-medical staff to treat the patient prior to the arrival of the resuscitation team. The timely and flawless outset of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation is accentuated as it may lead to the vital bodily functions restauration and thus save a human life. The new legislative recommendations that came into force in 2015 make these topics that more up-to-date. The work also looks into the cooperation between and the coordination of health care teams within a health facility. The goal of the survey research is to obtain the data concerning the readiness of non-medical health care staff to treat patients in the need of CPR, which can contribute to the creation of an educational leaflet for the non-medical health care staff. |
