| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem předložené diplomové práce je analýza spotřebního chování vybraného segmentu zákazníků v kinech. Práce začíná úvodem do problematiky spotřebního chování ve službách. Následně je popsán zkoumaný trh a jeho vývoj. V praktické části jsou, za pomoci dvou výzkumných metod, zjišťovány faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitele při nákupu. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou formulována doporučení ke zlepšení, která by mohla pomoci růstu návštěvnosti a růstu tržeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the consumer behavior of selected segment of customers in cinemas. The thesis begins with an introduction to the issue of consumer behavior in services. Further an examined market and its development are described. In the practical part the factors were find out which affect the consumers when purchasing. These factors were find out by using two research methods. Based on the results of the research the recommendations for improvement are formulated that could help to increase traffic and sales. |
