| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na tvorbu marketingového plánu strategické podnikatelské jednotky Peugeot 308 u koncesovaného prodejce vozů značky Peugeot, firmy IC WEST Plzeň, s.r.o. Práce se dále zabývá celkovým zhodnocením prodejů modelové řady 308 a to jak z hlediska prodejů v České republice, tak i u firmy IC WEST. Součástí diplomové práce je i teoretická část sloužící jako opora pro následující část empirickou. Hlavním výstupem je komplexní marketingový plán strategické podnikatelské jednotky Peugeot 308 shrnující výsledky procesu marketingového plánování. Závěrem práce je uveden i zkrácený dokument marketingového plánu obsahující sumarizované výsledky procesu marketingového plánování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis is focused on the creation of the marketing plan of a strategic business unit Peugeot 308 at a licensed Peugeot car seller, IC WEST Pilsen, PLC. The paper deals with the overall evaluation of Peugeot 308 sales regarding the sales both in the Czech Republic and at IC WEST company. The theoretical part of this thesis provides the empiric part with the support. The main outcome of the thesis is the complex marketing plan of Peugeot 308 strategic business unit summarizing the results of a marketing planning process. The conclusion presents a shortened marketing plan containing the summarized results of the marketing planning proces. |
