| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s epilepsií. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na základní charakteristiku, diagnostiku, klasifikaci záchvatů, léčbu i na kvalitu života. Věnuji se také ošetřovatelské péči, rolím zdravotní sestry a poskytování první pomoci při epileptickém záchvatu. V praktické části získávám základní informace pomocí kazuistiky a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s otevřenými otázkami. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is Nursing care of the patient suffering from epilepsy. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic characteric, diagnostics, classification of the epileptic fits, medical treatment and on the quality of life with epilepsy. In this part I also devote myself to the nursing care, the roles of a nurse and to the giving first aid in case of an epileptic fit. In the practional part I again basic information by means of case interpretation and by half-structured interview with open questions. |
