| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na trestněprávní ochranu a odpovědnost úřední osoby. Tato práce obsahuje důkladné vymezení základních pojmů ve světle současné právní úpravy. Práce obsahuje analýzu trestných činů proti výkonu pravomoci orgánu veřejné moci a úřední osoby. Dále obsahuje analýzu trestných činů úředních osob a příbuzných trestných činů. Na závěr této práce je provedeno porovnání české právní úpravy se zahraničními úpravami. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the criminal protection and the responsibility of officials. This work contains a thorough definition of the basic concepts in the light of the current legal regulation. The thesis contains an analysis of crimes against the execution of the public authority and an official. It also contains an analysis of the offenses of officials and related crimes. At the end of this work a comparison of the Czech legislation with foreign modifications is made. |
