| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hudebními festivaly jako specifickým sociálním prostředím, návazností tohoto typu událostí na festivaly v minulosti, jako byly například středověké karnevaly, a sociálními a materiálními konsekvencemi, které s sebou hudební festivaly přináší. Nástrojem k pochopení festivalů je v této práci zkoumání představ o odpadu a konzumaci na hudebních festivalech. Hudební festivaly jako specifické prostředí mění zažité praxe ve vztahu k odpadu. Představy účastníků o odpadu i konzumaci mají schopnost vypovídat o změnách sociálních pravidel oproti každodennosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the thesis, music festivals are regarded as distinctive social environment. It deals with a relation of this type of events to festivals in the past, for example medieval carnivals, and with social and material consequences that are caused by music festivals. The primary tool for understanding festivals is the examination of visitors' perceptions of waste and consumption. As a distinctive environment music festivals change usual practices in relation to waste. Visitors' perceptions of waste and consumption have the ability to show changes of social rules compared to everyday life. |
