| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce na téma ''Ochrana informací v činnosti správních orgánů'' bylo poskytnutí přehledu o problematice jak z obecného tak z právního hlediska. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretickou definici informací. Druhá až čtvrtá kapitola obsahují právo na informace, právní ukotvení a ochranu informací. Pátá kapitola se věnuje činnostem správních orgánů ve spojitosti s ochranou informací, jak je uvedeno v názvu práce. Následující dvě kapitoly se týkají poskytování informací a omezování přístupu k informacím. Poslední kapitola pojednává o ústředních správních orgánech, jejich fungování a spojitosti s informační problematikou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main objective of this bachelor's thesis titled ''Protection of information related to administrative body activities'' was to provide a summary of the topic from both theoretical and legal view. The first chapter focuses on theoretical definition of information. Chapters two through four contain the right to information, its legal basis and protection of information. The fifth chapter is dedicated to administrative body activities in connection to protection of information, as the title of the thesis declares. The following two chapters are concerning accessibility of information and possible restrictions. The last chapter focuses on central administrative body institutions, their functioning and their relation with information. |
