| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o místních poplatcích. Nejdříve se práce zaměřuje obecně na místní poplatky. Představuje právní pojetí místních poplatků a základní pojmy s nimi související. Poté je uvedena soustava platných místních poplatků, jejich předmět, subjekt, základ, sazba, korekční prvky a splatnost. Posléze práce uvádí funkce místních poplatků a důvody jejich zavedení. V další části je popsána správa místních poplatků ze strany správce poplatku a povinné náležitosti plátců poplatku. V poslední části se práce věnuje místním poplatkům ve městě Tachov s aplikováním teoretických, ale i praktických poznatků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with local fees. At first, the work is generally focused on local fees. There is a legal concept of local fees and the basic concepts related to them. Then, there is listed the system of valid local fees their subject, entity, basis, rate, correction elements and maturity. Subsequently, the thesis presents the functions of local fees and the reasons for their introduction. The next section describes the administration of local fees by the administrator of the fee and mandatory requisites of the fee payers. In last chapter the thesis deals with local fees in Tachov applying theoretical and practical knowledge. |
