| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením a působností struktur a orgánů územní správy a samosprávy ve Francii. V úvodu je pojednáno o veřejné správě České republiky, které je následně použito pro srovnání s Francií. Dále se zabývá státní správou Francie. Definuje zákonodárnou moc, výkonnou moc i moc soudní. Následující část se zaměřuje na územní samosprávu a její orgány. Ukazuje rozdíly mezi veřejnou správou České republiky a veřejnou správou Francie. V závěru práce zkoumá financování a rozpočet územní samosprávy, které porovnává s Českou republikou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the position and scope of structures and bodies of territorial administration and self-government in France. The introduction deals with the public administration of the Czech Republic, which is after used for comparison with France. It also deals with the administration of France. It defines legislative power, executive power and judicial power. The following section focuses on territorial self-government and their bodies. It shows the differences between the public administration of the Czech Republic and the public administration of France. In conclusion, the thesis examines the financing and budget of local government, which it compares with the Czech Republic. |
