| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem měření výkonnosti podniku Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. a jeho rozvojem. Hlavním cílem je zpracování a vytvoření analýz pro zhodnocené výkonnosti podniku. Pro hodnocení dané problematiky byl vybrán pyramidový rozpad Du-Pond, ukazatel EVA a metoda Balanced Scorecard. Tyto metody byly zhodnoceny a byl navržen rozvoj systému měření výkonnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of measuring the performance of the company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. and its development. The main aim is to create and analyze the performance of the company. For the evaluation of this issue was chosen the pyramid decomposition of Du-Pond, the EVA indicator, and the Balanced Scorecard method. These methods have been assessed and have been proposed for development of a performance measurement system. |
