| Abstract: | Místní referendum se řadí mezi instituty přímé demokracie. O rozdělení demokracie na přímou a nepřímou pojednává první kapitola. Druhá kapitola pojednává o samotném procesu místního referenda. V této kapitole budou rozebrány jednotlivé části procesu místního refe-renda s využitím současné právní úpravy. Třetí kapitola se týká referenda ve vybraných ze-mích. Čtvrtá kapitola zkoumá místní referenda v České republice mezi roky 2006 - 2017. |
| Abstract in different language: | Local referendum ranks among the institutes of direct democracy. The first chapter is about splitting democracy into direct and indirect democracy. The second chapter is about proces of local referendum itself. All the different parts of proces of local referendum using current legislation will be discussed in this chapter. The third chapter is focused on referendums in sellected countries. The fourth chapter examines local referendums in Czech republic between years 2006 and 2017. |
