| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právní povahou archeologických nálezů, muzejních a sbírkových předmětů. V rámci této problematiky jsem se snažila systematizovat, komparovat a popsat právní úpravu a povahu těchto institutů. V některých částech práce jsem porovnávala předchozí právní úpravu s právní úpravou aktuální. Zabývala jsem se vývojem a obecnými informacemi ohledně této problematiky. V rámci práce jsem se snažila zmínit i aktuální situace a problémy, které jsem náležitě podložila reálnými příklady. Zmínila jsem a rozebrala právní instituty českého, mezinárodního a evropského práva, které se zvoleného tématu týkají. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis deals with the legal form of the archaeological finds and collectoble items. In the context of this issue I tried to systematize, compare and describe the legislation and the form of those institutes. In some parts of the work I compared the previous legislation with current legislation. I have dealt with development and general information regarding this issue. In the framework of the work I have tried to mention the current situation and problems, which I properly use real examples. I mentioned and disassembled legal institutes of Czech, International and European law, which relate with the selected topic. |
