| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s demencí z pohledu rodinných příslušníků a je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teore-tické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá historií onemocnění, etiologií, rozdě-lením a stádii, diagnostikou a léčbou, rizikovými faktory demence, komunikací s pacienty a právy pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Praktická část obsahuje rozho-vory s rodinnými příslušníky, kteří se dříve starali o své blízké. Zaměřila jsem se na jejich zkušenosti a názory ohledně péče. Důvodem volby mého tématu byl zájem zjistit více informací o problematice tohoto onemocnění, které se v dnešní době více a více vyskytuje. Při zpracování rozhovorů byla zjištěna nízká úroveň pově-domí o zajištění bezpečnosti domácího prostředí v případě péče o pacienta s de-mencí. Z tohoto důvodu jsem zvolila jako výstup z bakalářské práce edukační le-ták o zajištění bezpečnosti domácnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's work focuses on the nursing care of patients with dementia from the perspective of the family members and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part concerns the history of the illness, etiology, di-visions and phases, diagnosis and treatment, the risk factors of dementia, communication with the patient, and the rights of the patient with this illness. The practical part includes interviews with family members who previously took care of their loved ones. I concentrated on their experiences and opinions regarding ca-re. I chose this topic because I am interested in discovering more information about the problems of this illness which, in the current age, occur more and more frequently. During the processing of the interviews little knowledge was discove-red about securing a safe home environment. For this reason I chose to make an educational flyer for the performance output of my bachelor's work. The flyer addresses the assurance of home safety for dementia patients. |
