| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu uzavírání manželství dle právního řádu České republiky. Podává náhled na historickou úpravu tématu, rozebírá aktuální právní úpravu uzavírání manželství včetně forem uzavírání manželství, manželství s mezinárodním prvkem a potřebných dokladů a podkladů pro uzavření manželství. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the analysis of the process of marriage conclusion according to the law of the Czech Republic. It gives an overview of the historical regulation of the topic, discusses the current legal regulation of marriage including forms of marriage, marriage with an international element and the necessary documents for marriage. |
