| Abstract: | Úvodní část bakalářské práce se věnuje historii úřední desky, základnímu vymezení pojmů a vymezení správních orgánů, které mají povinnost vést úřední desku. Značná část práce se zabývá problematikou zveřejňování jednotlivých dokumentů a právních předpisů správních orgánů na úřední desce. V poslední části jsou uvedeny praktické poznatky týkající se publikace na úřední desce obce Podlešín. |
| Abstract in different language: | The introductory part of the thesis deals with the history of the official board, the basic definition of basic terms and the definition of administrative authorities, which are obliged to keep the official board. A significant part of the thesis deals with the issue of publishing particular documents and law regulation of administrative bodies on the official board. The last part is focused on practical findings regarding the publication on the official board of the village Podlešín. |
