| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na analýzu nákupního chování spotřebitelů v oblasti nákupu potravin. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit jaké aspekty mají vliv na nákupní chování spotřebitele na trhu potravin a zkoumání, zdali má status respondentů vliv na ovlivňující faktory. Postoje respondentů vůči reklamním letákům a věrnostních programech. V teoretické části jsou kapitoly, které se zabývají problematikou dané práce. V praktické části se použila kvantitativní metoda výzkumu, a to dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky byly použity pro vytvoření doporučení obchodům. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focused on the analysis of consumer shopping behavior in the field of food purchase. The main goal of the work was to find out what aspects influence the consumer shopping behavior in the food market and to examine whether the status of respondents has an influence on influencing factors. Respondents' attitudes towards flyers and loyalty programs. In the theoretical part there are chapters that deal with the issue of the work. In the practical part, a quantitative research method was used, namely a questionnaire survey. The results were used to make recommendations to trades. |
