| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé prvky eGovernmentu v České republice. První část práce je věnována základnímu vymezení veřejné správy a vymezení základních pojmů eGovernmentu. Hlavní část práce se zabývá základními vývojovými stádii elektronizace veřejné správy v České republice a jednotlivými nástroji eGovernmentu, které jsou v České republice využívány. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na eGovernment České republiky v kontextu Evropské unie a závěrem jsou vymezena pozitiva a negativa eGovernmentu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on individual elements of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the basic definition of public administration and the definition of basic concepts of eGovernment. The main part of the thesis deals with the basic developmental stages of the electronization of public administration in the Czech Republic and the various eGovernment tools that are used in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis deals with the eGovernment of the Czech Republic in the context of the European Union and the positives and negatives of eGovernment are defined at the end. |
