| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci ve fitness u studentů Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Studentům byl předložen elektronický dotazník, aby odpověděli na jednoduché otázky. V první části dotazníku jsou dány otázky na jejich pohlaví, věk, studovanou fakultu a tělesné sebepojetí. V druhé části jsou již konkrétní otázky směřující k jednotlivým motivům ve fitness. Motivy jsem rozdělil na estetické, zdravotní, sociální a prožitkové. Výsledky ukázaly, že největší podíl u mužů i žen mají motivy estetické. Naopak nejnižší pozici získaly sociální motivy. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation in fitness for students of West Bohemia university in Pilsen. Students were given electronic questionnaire so that they could answer easy questions. In the first part of the questionnaire are questions aimed at their gender, age, studied faculty and physical self-concept. In the second part are specific questions aiming at their individual motivation in fitness. I divided the motives into aesthetic, health, social and experiental. Results showed that the largest share in men and women is aesthetic motivation. On the other hand the lowest spot got the social motivation. |
