| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zahraniční politikou Turkmenistánu a snaží se odhalit její charakteristické znaky a cíle. V první polovině se práce zabývá především nástupem autoritářských elit k moci, cestou státu k neutralitě a nerostným bohatstvím. Ve druhé polovině se zabývá analýzou vztahů Turkmenistánu s jinými vybranými státy jako Ruskou federací, Čínou a dalšími. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the foreign policy of Turkmenistan and aims to detect its characteristics and goals. In the first half, the thesis deals with the ascend of the authoritarian elites to power, the road to neutrality, and mineral wealth. In the second half, it deals with the analysis of Turkmenistan's relations with other chosen states such as the Russian Federation, China, and others. |
