| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretický základ informací, zabývající se problematikou strategie podniku a měření její výkonnosti. Teoretická část dává podklad pro zpracování aplikační části, ve které jsou zmapovány důležité parametry a ukazatele pro určení výkonnosti podniku na jejichž základě lze zvolit podnikovou strategii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis contains a theoretical basis of information, dealing with the issue of company strategy and measuring its performance. The theoretical part provides the basis for the processing of the application part, in which important parameters and indicators for determining the performance of the company are mapped, on the basis of which the company strategy can be chosen. |
