| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice agenturního zaměstnávání cizinců na území České republiky. Postupně se věnuje všem aspektům agenturního zaměstnávaní. Zabývá se právní úpravou, která reguluje vznik, činnost a zánik agentur práce. Věnuje se mezinárodní úpravě. A popisuje vztahy subjektu agenturního zaměstnávaní a úlohu státu v nich. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of agency employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. He gradually deals with all aspects of agency employment. It deals with legislation that regulates the establishment, activities and termination of employment agencies. It deals with international regulation. And it describes the relationships of the agency employment entity and the role of the state in them. |
