| Abstract: | Jak jsem předestřel v úvodu, ve své práci jsem se snažil o základní srozumitelné popsání fází přípravného trestného řízení - šetření, prověřování a vyšetřování, kdy u jednotlivých fází jsem pro lepší přehlednost citoval jednotlivé paragrafy trestního řádu, kterými jsou orgány konající trestní řízení povinny se řídit. Dále jsem se snažil zhodnotit absenci kompetence vést vyšetřování ze strany Celní správy CR, kdy jsem toho názoru, že z důvodu celkového zkvalitnění a zrychlení trestního řízení je vhodné, aby tato kompetence byla celní správě svěřena. V poslední části práce jsem popsal nejčastější problematiky, kterými se celní správa v rámci trestního řízení zabývá, a zároveň jsem různými citacemi, zejména tiskových výstupů, chtěl upozornit na úspěchy, kterých Celní správa CR v rámci trestního řízení dosáhla. |
| Abstract in different language: | As I pointed out in the introduction, in my work I tried to provide a basic coherent description of the stages of preparatory criminal proceedings - enquiry, examination and investigation, where, for the sake of clarity, I provided citations to the individual sections of the Criminal Procedure Code, which the authorities conducting criminal proceedings are obliged to follow. I also tried to assess the absence of competence to conduct investigations on the part of The Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, where I am of the opinion that, in order to improve the overall quality and speed of criminal proceedings, it would be suitable to entrust this competence to the customs administration. In the last part of the paper, I described the most common issues that the customs administration deals with in criminal proceedings, and at the same time I wanted to draw attention to the successes that the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic has achieved in criminal proceedings using various quotations, especially press releases. |
