| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou ruské politiky vůči dalšímu rozšiřování Evropské unie. Ve své bakalářské práci analyzuji nástroje a aktivity, které Ruská federace využívá, aby zpomalila rozšiřovací proces EU, konkrétně o země západního Balkánu. Cílem práce je vysvětlit proč je pro Rusko důležité, aby se kandidátské a potenciálně kandidátské země nestaly členy EU. Zároveň objasnit konkrétní nástroje a aktivity, které Rusko využívá, aby tomuto rozšíření zabránilo. Nástroje a aktivity jsou rozděleny a kategorizovány na hard power a soft power. V rámci hard power se zblízka zaměřím na ekonomickou sílu a vojenskou sféru. Při zmapování ruské soft power pak prostor věnuji kulturní politice a historickým vazbám. V práci popíši i aktuální problematiku Covidu-19 a ruské vakcíny Sputnik V v regionu západního Balkánu. Okrajově zmíním i sportovní politiku. V závěru práce zhodnotím dosažené poznatky a zodpovím výzkumné otázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the analysis of Russian policy towards further enlargement of the European Union. In my bachelor's thesis, I analyze the tools and activities that the Russian Federation requires to slow down the enlargement process of the EU, specifically to the country of the Western Balkans. The aim of this work is to explain why it is important for Russia that candidate and potential candidate countries do not become members of the EU. At the same time, we explain the specific tools and activities that Russia requires in order for this enlargement to be prepared. Tools and activities are divided and categorized into hard power and soft power. As part of hard power, we will focus closely on economic power and the military sphere. When mapping Russian soft power, space is devoted to cultural policy and historical ties. In this work, I will describe the current issues of Covid-19 and the Russian vaccine Sputnik V in the region of the Western Balkans. He also mentions sports policy marginally. At the end of the work, I will evaluate the achieved knowledge and answer research questions. |
