| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce přibližuje nároky na komunitní porodní asistentky. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení porodní asistence a její definici, kompetencím a legislativní úpravě, dále se věnuje vzdělávání a profesním organizacím. Práci porodních asistentek ve vybraných zemích světa. Komunitní péči porodních asistentek, vymezení pojmů, významu komunity a aktuální situaci. Nárokům na komunitní porodní asistentky a dalším vhodným vlastnostem. Tato část je vypracována na základě odborné literatury a odborných článků. Praktická část se věnuje pohledu komunitních porodních asistentek na tyto nároky a obsahuje výzkumné šetření. Výsledky byly získány prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se dvěma participantkama. Výsledkem této práce je přiblížení nároků na komunitní porodní asistentky. Na základě těchto rozhovorů bylo vypracováno i několik doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis describes the demands on community midwives. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of midwifery and its definition, competence and legislative changes, it also deals with education and professional organizations. The work of midwives in selected countries of the world. Community care, definitions, the importance of the community and the current situation. Requirements for community midwives and other suitable properties. This part is prepared on the basis of professional literature and professional articles. The practical part deals with the view of community midwives on these demands and contains a research survey. The results were obtained through a semistructured interview with two participants. The result of this work is an approximation of the requirements for community midwives. Based on these interviews were developed several recommendations for practice. |
