| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vývojem práva v souvislosti s rozvojem středověkých měst, nositelů práva a jejich proměn v čase. Postavení mistrů popravčích v rámci práva, městské správy a také jejich společenského postavení. K demonstraci uvedeného jsou použity příklady z historie města Plzně a její městské správy. |

The position of executioner in the law, the city administration as well as their social status. The demonstration that uses examples from the history of the city of Pilsen and the city administration. |
