| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vývojem zahraničních vztahů a zahraničního obchodu Plzeňského Prazdroje. Teoretická část, se zabývá zahraničním obchodem, zahrnuje mezinárodní spolupráci, též franšízing, cenovou politiku v zahraničním obchodu, logistiku v zahraničním obchodu, rizika v zahraničním obchodu, WTO a fair trade. Praktická část se zaměřuje na společnost Plzeňský Prazdroj. Popisuje vývoj této společnosti, rozšiřování exportu a zahraničních vztahů. Taktéž zahrnuje téma aktuálního vývozu a aktuální situace s prodejem Plzeňského Prazdroje pod zahraniční společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is concentrated on the development of international relationships and international business of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery. The theoretical part deals with the international business, it includes the international cooperation, franchising, pricing policy in the international business, logistics in the international business, risks of the international business, WTO and Fair Trade. The practical part focuses on the company Pilsner Urquell. It describes the development of this company, expanding of the export and of the international relations, the current export and the current situation with the sale of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery to an international company. |
