| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou vybraných složek rodičovské odpovědnosti. Rodičovská odpovědnost je souborem mnoha složek, tato práce se zaměřuje zejména na péči o dítě dle aktuální právní úpravy v občanském zákoníku, dalších souvisejících předpisech a dle judikatury, zejména Ústavního soudu. Zaměřuje se přitom zejména na právní úpravu práv dítěte, rodičovské odpovědnosti a zvláště péči o dítě, přičemž nechybí ani procesní souvislosti. Diplomová práce se také závěrem věnuje případu z praxe, který je taktéž řešen s odkazem na platnou právní úpravu a možná řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of selected components of parental responsibility. Parental responsibility is a set of many components, this thesis focuses mainly on child care according to the current legislation in the Civil Code, other related regulations and case law, especially the Constitutional Court. It focuses mainly on the legal regulation of children's rights, parental responsibility and especially child care, while there is also a procedural context. The diploma thesis also deals with a case from practice, which is also solved with reference to the current legislation and possible solutions. |
