| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o postavení notáře v českém právním řádu. Cílem práce je komplexní seznámení s touto problematikou a popis toho, kdo je notář, jaké je jeho postavení v tuzemském právním řádu a jakou úlohu zastává. Současně má práce přiblížit činnost notáře, vylíčit její jednotlivé druhy, včetně výkonu soudního komisariátu v pozůstalostním řízení z pohledu občanského práva procesního. Diplomová práce je členěna do čtyř hlavních kapitol, které jsou následně rozděleny na jednotlivé podkapitoly. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the position of a notary in the czech's legal order. The aim of the thesis is to give a detailed description of the issue above, presentation of who a notary is and what is their position in the domestic legal system, what role they play. The thesis also aims to elucidate the tasks of a notary, describe their variety including the action as the court commissioners in the execution of estates from the perspective of civil procedure. The diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters which are subsequently divided into subchapters. |
