| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na otázku, která se dlouhá století řeší, ale vlastně se nikdy zcela nevyřešila, a to genderové nerovnosti na trhu práce. Toto téma jsem si vybrala, jelikož se s ním ztotožňuji jako žena a vnímám, že zde stále nerovnosti přetrvávají. Začátek práce je věnován základním pojmům, které se genderové nerovnosti týkají. Další část vývoji a historii genderové nerovnosti na trhu práce. Další dvě kapitoly jsem se zaměřila na vstup žen na trh práce a jaké mají možnosti, pokud svou kariéru přeruší, kvůli své další roli v životě, a to je mateřství. Předposlední kapitola je věnována rozdílu financování mezi muži a ženy, a také je zde zahrnuta praktická část ve formě online dotazníku, který respondenti vyplňovali online formou. Závěr práce se zabývá problematikou nerovností mezi muži a ženy na Blízkém východě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is gender inequality in the labor market. This topic has a huge purport and it is a question of many centuries where we are trying to solve this problem but actually we never did. The beggining of my bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical meanings. Next chapter is about the history and evolution of this problem. Another two chapters I focused on the start of working career, education and the question what should women do when they have to stop their working career because of the another chapter of their lifes, and it is being mother. Penultime chapter is about the differences in evaluation between women and men and also there is a practical part of my bachelor thesis, which is a questionnaire. The end is about inequality of women rights in Muslim countries. |
