| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo prohloubit znalosti o reprodukci raka kamenáče v České republice. Studie byla provedena na 10 tocích s využitím klecového experimentu. Práce hodnotí především mortalitu samic a jejich snůšek v průběhu inkubace. Dále se zaměřuje zejména na hodnocení jejich líhnivosti, díky níž můžeme mnohem přesněji odhadnout velikosti populací na jednotlivých tocích. Nezáleží totiž kolik samice vyprodukuje vajíček, jako spíše na tom, kolik ráčat se z nich reálně vylíhne. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma thesis was to deepen the knowledge about the reproduction of the stone crayfish in the Czech Republic. The study was conducted on 10 streams using the cage experiment tool. The mortality of females and especially their eggs is evaluated in the thesis. Subsequently, the focus is on the evaluation of their hatchability, thanks to which we are able to estimate the size of particular populations more precisely. After all, it does not matter how many eggs a female produces, but rather how many juveniles actually hatch. |
