| Abstract: | Tato práce na téma Pedagogická praxe v mateřské škole pohledem provázejících učitelů obsahuje dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnovala vymezení pojmu učitele mateřské školy, jeho rolí a profesních činností. Dále byl přiblížen systém vysokoškolské přípravy, systém a zajištění pedagogických praxí. Následně byly vysvětleny pojmy mentor, mentee, mentoring, role mentora, mentorská podpora a mentorský vztah. Praktická část se zabývala rozhovory s provázejícími učitelkami, které probíhaly kvalitativní metodou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work on the topic of Pedagogical Practice of Students of Teacher Training Program for Nursery Schools from the Mentors' Point of View contains two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was devoted to defining the concept of a kindergarten teacher, their roles and professional activities. Furthermore, the system of university preparation, the system and the provision of pedagogical practices were explained. Subsequently, the terms mentor, mentee, mentoring, role of mentor, mentoring support and mentoring relationship were explained. The practical part dealt with interviews with accompanying teachers, which took place using the qualitative method. |
