| Abstract: | Tento text se zabývá problematikou konceptu tzv. kyberstrany. Text v rámci teoretického ukotvení čerpá ve velkém z myšlenek Helen Margetts, jež je autorkou tohoto konceptu. V rámci teorie je v této práci v obecné rovině nahlíženo na kyberstranu ve vztahu k využívání webových technologií, sociálních sítí či intranetů a extranetů daných politických stran. Tyto determinanty jsou v rámci ideji strany tohoto typu využívány v souvislosti s jednáním mezi voličem a stranou v rámci online prostoru. To znamená, že se stírají rozdíly mezi členem a voličem. V rozsahu členství a sítě podporovatelů jsou vztahy, v rámci tohoto konceptu, technologicky zprostředkovány, tedy je zde více kladen důraz na síť podporovatelů a voličů, než aby se zaměřoval na členství. Vztah mezi těmito jednotlivými subjekty v rámci strany probíhá zejména v online prostředí, kde je umožněno členům i podporovatelům participovat na jednáních či spolurozhodovat o dalších stranických politikách. Například se jedná o výběr vedení strany či rozhodování o programu a úprava kandidátních listin. Následně se text zabývá interním fungováním strany skrze online prostředí, tedy jednáním za pomocí internetového prostředí s vnějším světem, brandingem skrz webové stránky a online zasedání. Tyto jednotlivé teoretické aspekty jsou následně aplikovány na české prostředí, tedy konkrétně na Pirátskou stranu, ODS, ČSSD, kde je zjištěno, že každá z výše jmenovaných politických stran naplňuje určité determinanty kyberstrany, ale nikoliv celý koncept kyberstranictví, neboť se stále orientují na členství a fyzickou komunikaci. Nejblíže se však tomuto konceptu přiblížila Pirátská strana. |
| Abstract in different language: | This text deals with the issue of the concept of the so-called cyber party. The text draws heavily on the ideas of Helen Margetts, who is the author of this concept, as part of its theoretical anchoring. Within the framework of the theory, this work looks at the cyber side in general terms in relation to the use of web technologies, social networks or intranets and extranets of the given political parties. These determinants are used within the idea of a party of this type in connection with the interaction between the voter and the party in the online space. This means that the distinctions between member and voter are blurred. In the scope of membership and supporter networks, the relationships within this concept are technologically mediated, so there is more emphasis on the supporter and voter network rather than focusing on membership. The relationship between these individual entities within the party takes place mainly in the online environment, where members and supporters are allowed to participate in meetings or co-decide on other party policies. For example, it involves choosing the party leadership or deciding on the program and editing candidate lists. Subsequently, the text deals with the internal functioning of the party through the online environment, i.e. dealing with the outside world with the help of the Internet surroundings, branding through websites and online meetings. These individual theoretical aspects are subsequently applied to the Czech environment, i.e. specifically to the Pirate Party, ODS, ČSSD, where it is found that each of the above-mentioned political parties fulfills certain determinants of a cyber party, but not the entire concept of cyber partying, as they are still oriented towards membership and physical communication. However, the Pirate Party came closest to this concept. |
