| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. V diplomové práci jsou dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr popsány z pohledu současné právní úpravy, jsou uvedeny obdobné zahraniční instituty, zejména na Slovensku. Kromě základní charakteristiky je krátce představena plánovaná novelizace v oblasti dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr a problematiky zdravotního a sociálního pojištění a daně z příjmu fyzické osoby. Diplomová práce také popisuje, jak jsou dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr v praxi zneužívány. Na závěr uvádím můj pohled na problematiku institutu "brigády", včetně analýzy 2 krátkých výzkumů, které jsem provedl. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the issue of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. These agreements on work performed out outside the employment relationship are described from the point of view of current legislation, and I also present similar foreign institutes, especially in Slovakia. In addition to the basic characteristics, the planned amendment in the area of agreements on work carried out outside the employment relationship is briefly presented as well as issues of health and social insurance and personal income tax. The diploma thesis also describes how agreements on work performed out outside the employment relationship are abused in practice. In the end of this theses, I present my view on the issue of the institute of "brigáda", including an analysis of 2 short researches that I have conducted. |
