| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala inspekcí práce, její strukturou a jí konanou kontrolou v oblasti dodržování pracovních podmínek. Cílem této práce je zdůraznit vývoj a zakotvení pracovních podmínek, uvést klíčové z nich a detailněji je v jednotlivých kapitolách představit. Další kapitoly jsou také věnovány uspořádání inspekce práce jako takové, její strukturou a působností a také kontrolou, kterou na úseku kontroly dodržování pracovních podmínek koná, a také následnému vydání kontrolního protokolu o provedené kontrole. Poslední kapitoly jsou věnovány přestupkům, kterých se lze při nedodržování pracovních podmínek dopustit. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my master thesis I dealt with the Labour Inspection and its inspection in the field of compliance with working conditions and the structure of the Labour Inspection. The goal of this thesis is to highlight the development and embedding of working conditions, to list the key ones and to discuss them in more detail in the individual chapters. Next chapters are also devoted to the organisation of the Labour Inspection as such, its structure and remit, as well as the inspection it carries out in the field of control of compliance with working conditions and the subsequent issuance of an inspection report on the inspection carried out. The last chapters are devoted to the offences that can be committed in the event of noncompliance with working conditions. |
