| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá těhotnou zaměstnankyní z pohledu práva sociálního zabezpečení. V rámci této práce je zmíněn i historický vývoj této oblasti práva sociálního zabezpečení, stejně tak jako úprava na mezinárodní úrovni a úrovni Evropské unie. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit dávky sociálního zabezpečení v České republice, které těmto těhotným zaměstnankyním náleží a ačkoliv je tato diplomová práce primárně zaměřena na ženy, jedním z cílů této práce je také zjistit, zda stejné, nebo obdobné dávky mohou čerpat i příslušníci mužského pohlaví. Tato stěžejní část mé diplomové práce je poté převedena do praxe a na konkrétní fiktivní těhotné zaměstnankyni je ukázáno, jak se tyto dávky ve skutečnosti počítají. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the Pregnant employee from the point of view of social security law. The historical development of this area of social security law as well as the regulation at the international and European Union level is also mentioned. The main aim of this thesis is to present the social security benefits in the Czech Republic that these pregnant employees are entitled to, and although this thesis is primarily focused on women, one of the aims of this thesis is also to find out whether the same or similar benefits can also be drawn by male members of the family. This central part of my thesis is then translated into practice and a specific fictitious pregnant employee is shown how these benefits are actually calculated. |
