| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma exekučních sporů. V práci jsou uvedeny základní principy exekučního řízení, jeho fungování, elementárních zásad a jednotlivé typy exekučních sporů, které mohou nastat. Spory jsou rozděleny a popsány z hlediska své povahy a rysů. Práce obsahuje základní pojetí problematiky sporů a přiblížení základních charakteristik úpravy sporů i dalšího státu, kdy popsané úpravy jsou v práci společně porovnány. |

It outlines the fundamental principles of enforcement proceedings, their functioning, basic principles, and various types of enforcement disputes that may arise. Disputes are categorized and described in terms of their nature and characteristics. The thesis provides a basic understanding of dispute issues and outlines the fundamental characteristics of dispute regulation in another state, with the described regulations being compared in the thesis. |
