| Abstract: | Tématem práce je podílové spoluvlastnictví. Nejprve je uveden historický vývoj podílového spoluvlastnictví, následně se pojednává o pojmu podílového spoluvlastnictví. Další část práce se věnuje způsobu vzniku podílového spoluvlastnictví. Následující část práce řeší otázku spoluvlastnického podílu. Předmětu a obsahu podílového spoluvlastnictví je věnována velká část práce, vzhledem k důležitosti tématu. Poslední dvě části se věnují zániku podílového spoluvlastnictví a předkupnímu právu spoluvlastníků. Cílem práce je zejména podat ucelený výklad k dané problematice a porovnat změny právních předpisů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the thesis is co-ownership. Firstly, the historical development of co-ownership is outlined, followed by an examination of the concept of co-ownership. The next section of the thesis addresses the formation of co-ownership. Subsequently, the issue of co-ownership share is discussed. A significant portion of the thesis is devoted to the subject and content of co-ownership, given its importance. The final two sections focus on the termination of co-ownership and the pre-emptive right of co-owners. The aim of the thesis is primarily to provide a comprehensive interpretation of the issue and to compare changes in legal regulations. |
