| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na monitoring a srovnání úrovně fyziologických ukazatelů dětí mladšího školního věku během jezdeckého tréninku. Výzkum je založen na komparaci hodnot srdeční frekvence a množství energetického výdeje ve dvou odlišných typech tréninku. Výzkumné šetření je založeno na testování 10 dětí v mladším školním věku. Cílem práce je pomocí výzkumu odhalit, v jakém typu tréninku dosahují jezdci vyšších hodnot. Pro zjištění výsledků byl použit párový T- test. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on the monitoring and comparison of the physiological indicators of children of younger school age in equestrian training. You should compare them with high frequencies and large amounts of energy in different types of training. The following tests were performed in 10 different ways. The goal of the work is to reveal with the help of research in which type of training riders achieve higher values. A paired T-test was used to determine the results. |
