| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zbytkových napětí u 3D tištěné nástrojové oceli MS1. Cílem práce je rozbor těchto napětí dvěma rozdílnými metodami u vzorků vytištěných výchozími parametry pro použitou tiskárnu a druhou sadou parametrů upravenými, tak aby došlo ke snížení těchto napětí. Vzorky byly analyzovány bez tepelného zpracování. Upravený set parametrů snížil zbytková napětí a byla odhalená kritická místa pro výskyt těchto napětí s ohledem na použitou výrobní technologii. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis dissert on the issue of residual stresses in 3D printed tool steel MS1. The aim of the thesis is to analyse these stresses by two different methods for samples printed with the default parameters for the printer used and a second set of parameters modified to reduce these stresses. The samples were analyzed without heat treatment. The modified set of parameters reduced the residual stresses and the critical locations for the occurrence of these stresses with respect to the manufacturing technology used were revealed. |
